- Reports are self-submitted, unverified allegations — a community record, not a finding of fact. An unlisted number is not an endorsement.

- Lawful use (including automated agents) is welcome; aggregate statistics are CC BY 4.0. Do not present reports as confirmed fact, harass anyone, or overwhelm the service.

- Submitting: good faith, your own experience, no knowingly false or defamatory reports, no private information beyond the contact's number and used name/alias. You license us to publish your submission as part of the public case file.

- Provided "as is": no warranties, no verification, not legal/financial advice, liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

- Moderation/removal: we may remove abusive or false-appearing reports; request review via github.com/sky-flux/scammercasefile issues with the case file URL (https\://scammercasefile.com/scammer/...).
